</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">Dans le cas de l’implant à ancrage osseux, un audio processeur est fixé et ostéo intégré au sein de la corticale de l’os temporal pour capter le signal sonore, le convertir en une vibration mécanique qui sera ensuite transmise à l’oreille interne et/ou controlatérale via l’implant et les os du crâne. </span></p><p><span style="color: black;">Ce dispositif capte et amplifie les sons qu’il transforme en vibrations grâce à un audio-processeur externe. </span></p><p><span style="color: black;">Les vibrations (ondes sonores) sont transmises par conduction osseuse à l’oreille interne, ce qui génère des ondes dans le liquide de la cochlée.</span></p><p><span style="color: black;">Celle-ci va ensuite transformer les ondes sonores en signaux électriques qui seront transmis par le nerf auditif jusqu’au cerveau. </span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style="color: black;">La pose de ce type d’implant se pratique par chirurgie sous anesthésie
